1.移動(dòng)式皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)前，應(yīng)將行走輪用三角木對(duì)稱楔緊。固定式皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)，應(yīng)安裝在牢固的基礎(chǔ)上。
2.起動(dòng)前，調(diào)整好辦減速這松緊度，帶扣應(yīng)牢固，軸承、齒輪、鏈條等傳動(dòng)部件應(yīng)良好，托輪和防護(hù)裝置應(yīng)齊全，電器接地(接零)保護(hù)良好，輸送帶與滾筒寬度應(yīng)一致。

6.輸送大塊物料時(shí)，輸送帶兩側(cè)應(yīng)加裝檔板或柵欄等防護(hù)裝置。
7.運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中需要停機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)先停止裝料，待輸送帶上料卸盡后，方可停機(jī)。
8.遇電源突然中斷或其它原因突然停車，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，然后將皮帶上的物料清除掉，等來(lái)電或排除故障后，再接通電源啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
9.停車前必須先與有關(guān)方面聯(lián)系，待輸送帶上的物料完全卸掉后，方可停機(jī)。
10.停機(jī)后應(yīng)切斷電源，鎖好電源開(kāi)關(guān)箱，對(duì)機(jī)械各部進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。用防雨護(hù)罩將電動(dòng)機(jī)蓋好。
