1.由于設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行，故需要經(jīng)常對(duì)提升機(jī)的易損件，耗材部件進(jìn)行檢查、保養(yǎng)、更換等操作。
2.該系統(tǒng)中的主要部件均采用進(jìn)口件，設(shè)計(jì)使用壽命均大于5年，或更長(zhǎng)。例如：PLC、空氣開關(guān)、電機(jī)等元器件；但如繼電器器、行程式開關(guān)、按扭、選擇開關(guān)、等頻繁動(dòng)作的部件可能出現(xiàn)磨損、打火、燒焦或接觸不良等問題，這些均需要設(shè)備維護(hù)和使用人員在設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期工作過程中不斷地保養(yǎng)檢查。
3.如果設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期沒有使用，在再次使用前一定手動(dòng)點(diǎn)檢，對(duì)可能會(huì)造成人身傷害、設(shè)備損壞、危險(xiǎn)異常情況一定要仔細(xì)檢查、定期更換損耗品。
4.請(qǐng)每周對(duì)控制柜、遠(yuǎn)程分線盒、外露部件(如行程開關(guān)、光電開關(guān)、接近開關(guān)先等)做清潔保養(yǎng)工作，這樣可以防止因?yàn)閴m埃、不潔物對(duì)以上元器件造成誤動(dòng)、假信號(hào)、或影響動(dòng)作精度等危害。
5.每月對(duì)控制柜、遠(yuǎn)程分線盒內(nèi)部作定期清潔、視檢等工作，對(duì)接線端子、接觸器、繼電器等部件的按線、觸頭進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢查，以防止有打火、燒焦、粘死、松脫等異常問題。
6.每二個(gè)月需對(duì)外部電氣部件進(jìn)行檢查：行程開關(guān)有無松動(dòng)、脫落、壓死、撞損；升降機(jī)電機(jī)剎車動(dòng)作是否良好，以防造成馬達(dá)煞車抱死，或失靈等故障。
7.每三個(gè)月對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的所有部件、部品、尤其是外部信號(hào)源、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)做仔細(xì)的點(diǎn)檢、保養(yǎng)、更新；電機(jī)是否有噪聲或需添加機(jī)油；電機(jī)剎車是否需要調(diào)節(jié)等。
8.每半年需對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行停機(jī)整修；對(duì)主要部件的各種性能、參數(shù)，需重新做評(píng)估測(cè)試；對(duì)電氣線路的安全性、可靠性，重新檢查；系統(tǒng)接地、電機(jī)絕緣等，做仔細(xì)檢查，及易損件的維修更換。
