工作原理
ZSW系列振動(dòng)給料機(jī)是由給料槽體、激振器、彈簧支座、傳動(dòng)裝置等組成。槽體振動(dòng)給料的振動(dòng)源是激振器，激振器是由兩根偏心軸(主、被動(dòng))和齒輪副組成，由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)三角帶驅(qū)動(dòng)主動(dòng)軸，再由主動(dòng)軸上齒輪嚙合被動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，主、被動(dòng)軸同時(shí)反向旋轉(zhuǎn)，槽體振動(dòng)，使物料連續(xù)不斷流動(dòng)，達(dá)到輸送物料的目的。
