滾筒不僅是帶式輸送機(jī)主要傳動部件也是易損件,特別是在復(fù)雜惡劣的工況下,如何改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高工效、延長使用壽命,一直是研制人員所關(guān)注的課題。
設(shè)計(jì)中采用了軸固定于滾筒外支座上的結(jié)構(gòu),傳動時只有筒體及軸承旋轉(zhuǎn),形成了主受力與傳動部件分隔的傳動系統(tǒng)。降低了整體運(yùn)行阻力。在軸的設(shè)計(jì)中,將注油孔設(shè)置于軸端,通過軸身內(nèi)部通道注入潤滑油;軸外側(cè)加無縫鋼管軸套,軸套兩端通過聯(lián)接盤與鑄焊接盤焊接,形成軸承、軸及密封件為一整體的密封系統(tǒng)。
特性:
