斗式提升機(jī)料斗帶打滑的處理方法:
(1)斗式提升機(jī)是利用料斗帶與頭輪傳動軸間的摩擦力矩來進(jìn)行升運物料的,叵料斗帶張力不夠,將導(dǎo)致料斗帶打滑。這時,應(yīng)立即停機(jī),調(diào)節(jié)張緊裝置以拉緊料斗帶。若張緊裝置不能使料斗帶完全張緊,說明張緊裝置的行程太短,應(yīng)重新調(diào)節(jié)。
正確的解決方法是:解開料斗帶接頭,使底輪上的張緊裝置調(diào)至最高位置,將料斗帶由提升機(jī)機(jī)頭放入,穿過頭輪和底輪,并首尾連接好,使料斗帶處于將張緊而未張緊的狀態(tài)。然后使張緊裝置完全張緊。此時張緊裝置的調(diào)節(jié)螺桿尚未利用的張緊行程不應(yīng)小于全行程的50%。
(2)提升機(jī)超載提升機(jī)超載時,阻力矩增大,導(dǎo)致料斗帶打滑。此時應(yīng)減小物料的喂入量,并力求喂料均勻。若減小喂入量后,仍不能改善打滑,則可能是機(jī)坐內(nèi)物料堆積太多或料斗被導(dǎo)師物卡住,應(yīng)停機(jī)檢查,排除故障。
(3)頭輪傳動軸和料斗帶內(nèi)表面過于光滑頭輪傳動軸和料斗帶內(nèi)表面過于光滑,使兩者間的摩擦力減小,導(dǎo)致料斗帶打滑。這時,可在傳動軸和料斗帶內(nèi)表面涂一層膠,以增大摩擦力。
(4)頭輪和底輪軸承轉(zhuǎn)動不靈頭輪和底輪軸承轉(zhuǎn)動不靈,阻力矩增大,引起料斗帶打滑。這時可拆洗加油或更換軸承。
